Okay, so I may not actually scream like a fangurl when Lizzie’s in the house, but I do swoon a little.
She’s here today to share her release, Emerging Magic. Yes!
Against her will, the Cailleach puts into play the magic to unite another pair of soul mates.
Loneliness drives Cori Sparks to chocolate. The fledging witch’s desolation also compels her to attempt using her emerging magic in the quest for love. Unsuccessful, she turns to a dating website and discovers what may be her perfect match.
Rob Vesha is tired of the money hungry women he meets. Given his gene pool he doesn’t think the real ‘him’ would excite them as much, but he can’t share enough to find out for sure. On impulse he turns to the internet and discovers Cori.
Can their love survive his family reunion in Transylvania?
Disappointed she had to explain to her father, Cori sighed. She expected more from him, but his thirst for blood surprised her too. “Listen Pops, how would you like to be joined to a female who hates your guts for eternity?”
Lane’s eyes widened and a grin slowly spread across his face. “We create a spell to link him to Cosmina.”
“No.” Vlad Tepes jerked free of Ivan. “Stake me now. Send me to Hades to serve Satan, but not that. I beg you.”
Rob grinned. “Sorry to saddle you with a loser of a son-in-law, Grandpa.”
Dragos shrugged. “Guess we won’t have to worry about Cosmina causing conflict at family reunions.”
Cori girl, you’re such a genius. She bobbed her head and smiled. “Pops, your magic is stronger than mine, can you summon Cosmina?”
“Delighted to, daughter.” Lane closed his eyes and mumbled words Cori didn’t catch, but the results were what she hoped. A swirl of fog drifted to the floor and when it cleared Cosmina had joined them.
Confused at first, she looked around at her surroundings and her displeasure became obvious. “What the Hades am I doing here?” She focused on Rob. “Did you find your dumpling, Rabby?”
“Oh, I found her all right auntie dear…and more.” He stepped aside to give her full view of her lover. “And look what else I found.”
“You…you…” unable to get more words out, Cosmina flew at Vlad Tepes, claws extended in an attempt to scratch his eyes out.
“No sister, you don’t want to damage your bridegroom, do you?” Ivan linked an arm around her waist and pulled her off Old Vlad. “Come, let’s get you two united.”
“Are you mad? I have no intentions of marrying anyone again, especially this,” Cosmina wrinkled her nose, “individual.
Cori stepped forward. “Let these lovers clasp hands to join.” Her loud clap got the attention of the warring pair, causing them to pause. She began to chant.
